Zizi Jewelry offers complimentary domestic standard shipping on all orders over $100, and complimentary international standard shipping on all orders $180+.

For all domestic orders, we offer standard shipping (3-7 business days), Priority mail (2-5 business days) and express shipping (1-3 business days).

Local pickups and delivery are available for orders in and around Houston Tx. 

For all worldwide shipping we offer standard Shipping (7-14 business days), and express shipping (7-10 business days). Please be advised that all international shipments may be subject to VAT.

All items may be return with 14 days after delivery of item(s) except for items that are damaged, worn or custom made. Please ensure items are placed in original packaging before making your return.

You must notify us via email to return items. We may ask for photos of items prior to accepting returns.

If return is accepted and upon receiving your return, please give us 1-3 days to process your refund. All refunds would be made to original payment method. 

NOTE: We do not take refunds for items bought at our pop-ups/ markets.
